Terms of service

Using this site. By using loongroup.in you agree to these terms. The site describes our services; a contract for any service exists only when a written agreement is signed.

Your content. When you submit music, video or other material to Loon you confirm that you hold the rights needed for what you ask us to do, that the material does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that you will not upload fraudulent audio, unauthorised recordings, AI-cloned voices without permission, or engage in artificial streaming. You keep ownership of your content.

Our services. Distribution, rights protection and the Claim Engine act on your instructions and within the rules of the platforms involved. We do not guarantee placement, revenue, or the outcome of any claim, dispute or takedown.

Payments. Fees, splits and payout schedules are set out in your client agreement. Royalties are paid after platforms report and pay them to us.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Loon's liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned in the preceding twelve months.

Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
